Billr is made by Bliqo OÜ, a small software company in Estonia.
We built it because tracking hours, sending invoices and getting paid were three separate chores: a timer in one place, an invoice template in another, and payments somewhere else again. We think they should be one quick flow on your phone.
That is what Billr does. Track your time, turn it into a professional invoice or quote, and let your client pay online by card or PayPal. It is made for freelancers, tradespeople of every kind and small businesses, and it works on iOS, Android and the web, even offline.
