Is Billr really free?
Yes. Free means free. Not a 14-day trial that auto-charges. You get 3 invoices per month, 1 project, and time tracking at no cost, forever. When you need more, upgrade to Pro.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Yearly saves you 20%. You pay once, and your plan is active for 12 months. The Lifetime option is a single payment that covers you permanently. No renewals ever.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime, from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Upgrade as you grow, or downgrade or cancel whenever you want. The store handles the billing change, there are no cancellation fees, and your data always stays yours.
Are there transaction fees?
Billr never adds a fee of its own. You only pay your payment provider's standard processing rate, billed directly by them. See Stripe's current pricing for the latest rates.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account drops to the Free plan. All your invoices, clients, and data stay exactly where they are, and you can still download any invoice as a PDF anytime.
